Institutional Initiatives

The Office of Institutional Initiatives is responsible for the coordination and direction of fundraising strategy for several major Institute projects. Working closely with the president and the provost and in collaboration with Resource Development staff, the senior officers, faculty, and school-based fundraising colleagues, the Director creates fundraising framework and implementation plans for a select number of high-priority interdisciplinary initiatives.

In addition, this office manages Global Initiatives raising private philanthropic funds in support of the Institute. Global Initiatives sets and implements strategies for market development, donor development, volunteer management, and resource allocation.
