Philanthropic Partnerships

The Office of Philanthropic Partnerships manages the relationships and coordinates the solicitations of MIT’s alumni and friends with lifetime giving of $5,000,000 and above. Consisting of the director, a principal gifts officer and support staff, they work closely with the President, the Provost, the Chairman of the Corporation and the other senior officers, faculty and administrators to generate private support in the form of 7,8, and 9 figure gifts.
