The Finance and Operations (F&O) team is a shared services unit that supports all program areas within Resource Development (RD) and the MIT Alumni Association (AA) with strategic allocation and management of financial resources, budget reporting and analysis, administrative operations, and facilities management. F&O serves as a resource for all financial, administrative, and operational matters for RD and AA.
